Dr. Halkiotis currently teaches at the University of Toronto’s Faculty of Dentistry as an Associate in Dentistry. Over the past 30 years she has held a range of clinical teaching positions, including:

Community

Dr. Halkiotis has contributed to the East York community for many years and is a proud sponsor of East York Soccer. She has also supported the North Toronto Hockey Association and the Ajax Minor Hockey Association.

Dr. Halkiotis is an active member of the Ontario Dental Association and the OKU Honour Dental Society. Outside her practice, she focuses on improving dental care through education and takes an interest in general health through proper nutrition, healthy living, and sport. Her hobbies include gardening, baking, and spending time with family and friends.

The tooth was in bad shape and difficult to remove, but Dr. Sasan was incredibly skilled, calm, and patient throughout the entire procedure. He made sure I was comfortable at every step and constantly checked to ensure I wasn’t feeling any pain. His gentle and reassuring approach made a stressful situation so much easier. I really appreciated how professional yet kind he was the whole time. If you’re nervous about dental procedure, I highly recommend this clinic and Dr.Sasan . You’ll be in very capable and caring hands! I also had a great experience with my dental hygienists ( Rose and also Hengameh) . They were both kind, calm, and very gentle, which made the whole appointments comfortable and stress-free. They were also highly professional and attentive.
