Last week i made an appointment due to a chipped tooth on my upper left molar. Thats when I found out that Dr Jane has retired and was referred to Dr Sassan. I was skeptical at first but after the procedure i realized that i wont have to worry about finding a new dental clinic for me and my family. Dr Sassan is easy to talk to, professional, honest, gentle and not painful, light with his hands and wont “recommend” Un”necessary” to work. The team is of course exceptional. They never disappoint
I was looking for a dentist in my area, and after checking out a few offices, this one stood out, both for the amazing reviews and how transparent and informative their website was. Before booking, I called with a few questions and the receptionist was very helpful. They explained everything clearly about scheduling, insurance and what to expect as a new patient. Booking was easy and I appreciated the reminder before my appointment.
When I arrived, the office was clean, quiet, and had a calm, relaxing atmosphere. which means a lot if you get anxious about dental visits. Mandy, at the front desk, was incredibly kind and patient. She helped with my new patient forms, figured out my insurance details and even took extra time afterward to go over plans, insurance stuff, she took care of it all, answered all of my follow-up questions. She made the whole process simple, transparent and genuinely supportive.
Dr. Sima was just as amazing, warm, gentle, and very thorough. She took her time with me and She explained every step before doing anything, which helped me feel comfortable. Her assistant was also very welcoming and easy to talk to. I have specific dental needs and Dr. Sima went above and beyond to help plan a realistic treatment timeline based on both urgent priorities and insurance coverage. She made sure I understood what to expect and I really appreciated how clear and honest she was about my options, no surprises or confusion. Very excited to have her as my dentist!
The teamwork between Dr. Sima and Mandy was exceptional. Everything felt seamless, organized and genuinely caring.
